REFUND POLICY

Superior Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. is an immigration consultancy and support services firm that helps potential customers with proper, legitimate advice and documentation on their immigration applications.
 

Once payment is made by a customer they will receive a receipt by email to the email address provided to us. This is usually done within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds.
 

The customer confirms that before making any purchase that he/she has read and understood our terms and conditions. These are mentioned on our retainer agreement as well in our refund policy available on our website.
 

• Fees for initial paid consultations will be credited to client legal fees for case representation if we are retained within one month of the consultation. We do not refund consultation fees if we are not retained. The client hereby agrees to the company policy mentioned on its official website before the purchase of a paid consultation.
   

·All of our Consultations are paid except for the Skilled Immigration applicants based in Karachi. Please note that we provide free of charge initial eligibility assessment. However, if you are Outside Karachi & for all immigration programs other than skilled immigration, an initial consultation is paid. PKR 5,000/- is charged for 30 to 40 Minutes of counseling which is adjustable in our Official Fee once retained.​ The client hereby agrees to the company policy mentioned on its official website before the purchase of a paid consultation.
 

• Superior Consulting treats all of our client’s cases with the utmost seriousness and will do our best to ensure that the case is successful. It should be understood that our clients are paying us for our expertise and for our work and time on a case, and while we will always endeavor to achieve a positive result, we do not guarantee the success of any matter that we are retained for, and do not give refunds because a case was unsuccessful.
   

• The client fully understands that the scope of the services of the firm & RCIC is confined to the supporting of my Immigration application. I will be fully responsible for attained the IELTS test and required score as per advice by RCIC for migration application, if applicable and required by the immigration authorities.
